Add aspect ratio / cinematic bars to ENB?

Hi,

 

I installed this ENB > https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29700?tab=description,

but it has by default no options for these cinematic black bars. (aspect ratio).

 

Can anyone tell me how I can add these myself? :D Cheers
