[LE] The mass resurrection spell doesn't work

Good afternoon, I have a problem with a spell to massively revive the undead. I took the base for this spell from the ritual sign. When I try to use this spell, the animation does not work, mana is not spent, and the spell itself is not cast. I ask for help, I'll throw a screenshot of the settings below
