I got all the upgrades for the katana GRA and was walking around and hearing a clanging sound every minute or so, so i zoomed out and looked around, when i noticed it was the sheath falling off my hip over and over! it stayed there but a duplicate would continually fall off then disappear when it drops again. now i have like 10 stuck to my characters butt! all fanned out like a jungle leaf! they dont go away even when i unequip the katana!
