It crashes during the middle of the download, and since I can't download it manually as I never get all the files, this is really my only option. "The process cannot access the file 'C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\FalloutNV\Mods\downloads\NSkies 0-7 Data-35998.7z.parts' because it is being used by another process." It's not being used by any process, and it's not installed through Steam. So can someone tell me exactly where I have to go to find anything to delete if it's already being used.
