Now I need a List for all Maingates in F3, that are opening, but dont close again and I will add them too and release it as a mod. Rockatanskiy Posted March 9, 2009 Share Posted March 9, 2009 Well besides Megatron, there's the bridge to Rivet City, the gate in Little Lamplight, the giant steel doors before the Citadel, and the Tenpenny Tower gate (but that already closes on its own.) Try spawning a group of raiders; when they come over to the city entrance, it will start to close, and it won't open back up until the area is safe again. I've traveled to Rivet City more than once and found the bridge unextended. I'm not sure if it was because any enemies were nearby or not. However, I can't say I've ever seen the bridge retract. It could always be retracted when you travel there and it could open up like usual. However, if you leave the cell (go in the market) and come back outside, the bridge could reset, and you have to talk to the guard to extend it again or something like that. Yes, thats how I am going to do it. Another Gate left is maybe Republik of Dave. Well, thats a small amount at all, how about Fort Independence or Oasis? not yet have been there. Pax1138 Posted March 10, 2009 Share Posted March 10, 2009 Fort Independence just has locked doors and no gates. Oasis just has teleporting gates, nothing animated. Republic of Dave just has a standard chain-link fence gate, but I guess it does open and close (but mostly not that second one without your help). The only other one I can think of right now is the Washington Monument.
