unnecessary translation in lang.esp

Hello.

I´m trying rework my localization for better compatibility with mods, but I found in file contains translated trigger sequences which should not even be translated, because doesn´t make sense and never show in game. I compare it with RU localization and i see it have much less lines. My question is if i can follow RU localization and manually each unnecessary translation delete it or leave it. This is not the only problem with my localization anyway, but i just want know if i can safely clear this lines. Or if you know better managed lang.esp, which i can work with for Czech localization. Can you help me with this please? I will be grateful for any help. :)
