WintersFury55 Posted November 30, 2021 Share Posted November 30, 2021 (edited) I am trying to create a custom copy of the Ritual Stone power with the Creation Kit. I want to have a custom lesser power that I can use to reanimate enemies in the area without being constrained by summon limits and without turning to ash upon death, while also not being bound to a Standing Stone. I have also modified the Ritual Stone power to do everything I want, which works perfectly. I have duplicated the Spell (doomRitualAbility) and Magic Effect (doomRitualEffect) of the Ritual Stone power, yet my custom power will still turn undead to ash on death. It will also only reanimate a single corpse. Other corpses will play the animation, but will not be registered as reanimated undead and instead will allow me to loot the corpses. Recasting the the custom power will also kill my undead, while recasting the Ritual Stone power does not, and simply reanimates more corpses. I'm clearly missing something and I'm thinking there's more that just the one Spell and Magic Effect to edit. I would also like to know if there's a way to remove the magnitude/level cap entirely, so that it will reanimate corpses of any level.I am aware that it would be simpler to just continue using my modified Ritual Stone, but it has the restrictions associated with Standing Stones. I would also like to do this just for the simple sake of learning. I don't know how much help it could be, but I also use the Undead FX and Path of Sorcery mods, though I doubt these are the problem.
