[LE] I Need help creating a small weapon mod.

I just want to make a couple custom weapons, starting with a bow and arrow. I have the models and textures ready I just don't know now to get it in game from there. I've done this years ago, but have forgotten how, and I just don't want to have to figure it out again.

 

is there anyone willing to help me by hooking up the geometry and texures in nifscope etc? While I'm still learning how to prep assets for skyrim, I am experienced with modeling and texturing and would certainly be open to trading services.
