I know, I would love it, lol.I'd like to be able to play as... Captain Planet!! Lol.In Fallout, the World is basically Destroyed... IT NEEDS CAPTAIN PLANET!! Hehehe. I think it's possible to make your Character's Hair Green and Skin Blue, so all that's really needed is the Outfit itself...Captain Planet draws his Powers from the Planet itself, and since in Fallout the World is... not in good shape... so it would make sense that he would basically be Depowered, lol.But if you did want to go further and add his Powers into the Mod in some way, I certainly wouldn't stop you, lol.His Powers include, but are not limited to, Super Strength, Super Durability, Super Speed, Flight and the Power to control all of the Elements of the Planet, (Earth, Fire, Wind, Water,) and also the Power of Heart... which is basically Mind Control, lol.However, all I would really need is the Outfit... maybe a Mullet Haircut if it doesn't already exist somewhere...That's my Mod idea... even our Real World needs Captain Planet more than ever... for Fallout's World, that's doubly so!!This pic is here just in case someone has never seen or doesn't remember what Captain Planet looks like...
