How to Run a command when I hit a button

TL;DR of that: I want a console command to run when I hit a key on the keyboard, like numpad1 spawns 10 wheels of cheese at my location, numpad2 spawns 10 bandits, etc.

 

My Current mod setup involves attaching a script (see link above) to a quest that is automatically added.

 

also, I've lost my plugin file, so I'm currently redoing it from scratch, attempting to copy the above mod as much as possible. I'm just in over my head, and need help getting this to work.

it would be easier?

I have no idea how to do THAT either.

I can program, I just don't know papyrus, or creation kit at all.
