Cannot figure out where this plasma pistol is from (mod)

Hey guys, I found a plasma pistol in my game and I don't know where it comes from. It is a fallout 3 style pistol. It has purple textures which is why I need to find the mod. When I drop the pistol on the ground, the textures look fine.
