No lab and fabrication plants bonus resourses are shown on top of the screen (near to the numbers, representing an amount of facilities). Nor of them gained by hour, as they supposed to be. Vanilla numbers of active operatives on missions. And there's a lot more bugs and dumb sh*t like that, but i have no nerves to spend on more explanations - since i've wasted most of them on installing and trying to play/justify for myself this mod.
