Newfoundland Time Zone is Showing Wrong Time

Hey, I have my time zone under account preferences > global preferences set to Newfoundland (GMT - 3:30 hours) but the site is showing everything as being 30 minutes ahead of the time zone.

 

This is my first time visiting the forums so sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to post this.

 

Edit: The time zone seems to be fine on the forums. It appears the time is only off on file upload times. For instance, FileAccess Interface for SSE says the new version was uploaded "06 Dec 2021, 1:41" when I visit the page, but when I look at my download history it says it was updated "6 December 2021, 1:11 pm"
