Player Vampire Regen

I've been looking all over and even tried to make it myself but can't.

 

I would like a mod that the lower my health gets the more regen i get. like this

 

player must be a vampire.

 

doesn't work when taking sun damage this can be toggled, (off at start)

 

mod doesn't apply to npc vampires and undead lol

 

100% health 0 regen

90-99 - 1 regen

70-89 - 5

50-69 - 10

40-49 - 20

35-39 - 30

30-34 - 35

25-29 - 40

15-24 - 50

10-15 - 75

1-10 - 100

 

and if i could have that stacking regen so say i'm at 55% health my regen would be 1+5+10=16

 

you may think that this would take the fun out of the game. well maybe for some people. This mod would be for my undead so the idea is that undeads never really die.
