better miners and blacksmiths

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could make a mod for us players that lets us bulk up the Miners and Blacksmiths thru out Skyrim. The only one that feel right from start is the the old guy at the Companions forge, the rest are just generic NPC's. Same goes for the female blacksmiths they utilize same NPC body mold like the rest of the females, Carlotta need to lift a lot of apels to keep up whit Adrianne in that chase (Market stall vendor and the female blacksmith in whiterun).

 

Or if some one know of such a mod, point and I'll fetch.
