Permanent effects

Ok, so, I've searched the web over and over and everyone seems happy about this glitch, I'm not, really not, I don't like exploiting glitches and now I'm being forced to because I didn't know about them! :wallbash:

 

My problem is that I have is where a items effect becomes permanent, the boots of Springheel Jak to be exact.

Also, I have an unknown resistance to magic 50, I have no idea what that has come from, is it something I gained from a quest or some such? I thought it unlikely so I'm assuming it's just another item leaving it behind... HOWEVER I've picked up a bloodlust (resist normal weapons 100) from somewhere too I assume that it's something to do with vampires, if not, what is it and how do I get rid of it?

If it's a mod, in game spell or console command I don't mind, just so long as I don't have to start again juts to get rid of it because I think I'll cry if I have to. :pinch: anyone who can help I'll love for ever! XD

ok , the most common item for your resist magic 50 would be the Mundane ring witch is a ramdom loot, for the 100 resist normal weapons,,,there is no such item in vanilla oblivion...so it has to be a mods...and for the boots well, you know where you got them, now about how to cure your problem....Hope you like be a noob level one..."start a new game, and watch out at what you'r doing...lol" best of luck !
