UNINSTALLED Tamriel Online. "Starting Connection... & Disconnected From Server" Error

Need help fully uninstalling Tamriel Online Mod. After removing Fomod from the data folder, JaxonzConsolePlugIn, InstallScript.vdf from the Skyrim folder and uninstalling the mod from Vortex I continue to see "Starting Connection...," in the upper left corner of the screen and "Disconnected From Server." I verified on Steam. Removed Tamriel Online and JaxonzConsolePlugIn from the Skyrim Start menu. Ran L00t and FNIS. Tried new saves; loads old saves. The same issue occurs. HELP PLEASE.
