Why does everything (and i mean like multiple mods ive tried) end up with odd textures

I always extract my files, add them to native PC, rename em as fitting (or sometimes even done rename them) and load up the game.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I have gotten other mods to work that are NOT weapon related.

 

The weapons all turn up as glowing super bright textures that cant be seen as shown below for whatever reason!

You can see this with the character in the background and with the preview of the weapon

Its happened with multiple mods, whether I redownload the mods or not.

Anyone knows why this is happening?
