Uninstalling Clarity 4.3 BETA causes weird bugs

I uninstalled Clarity because it's the mod that was making fog effects not occur in True Storms. I am having Audio settings unaccessible and have a loading icon next to it and it takes awhile for it to load. Also, loading up my saves takes some time compared to loading it instantly before. The same goes for when "There are missing mods" popup appears.

I reinstalled the whole game but it didn't helped. When I installed Clarity again, those problems are gone but I have to deal with its' changes. Mod author is not active anymore. Can anyone please help me? I don't know how to fix it anymore :(

I was looking a this mod, haven't put it in though.

Looking at the Download it is entirely materials (mostly glass things).

it does however have an *.ini file in the data folder (probably not a smart implementation) that ini does jiggers base game ini settings.

(Make sure that file gets removed, mod manager might miss that file type).

anyway, you should be able to remove the respective bgem, bgsm files by hand just looking into the original 7z file.

(If that negatively effects any other mods is the [small] hazard though).

Since they are loose base game file overwrites they should not cause most of the problems you described, unless...

Modding 101 Tip: If you remove or move a plugin you must start a new game, (lest missing plugins from saves warning and subsequent in-game errors ensue).

Alternatively, if you open the esp file in FO4edit, I'd expect it is just game settings, and you may be able to to tweak or remove the fog settings to your liking.

experiment and enjoy!

Hope that helps!

That's what I did but yeah it's just weather settings. Although, I did found out that having the intro sequence skip command in the .ini files lets you really load faster to the main menu, too fast that your saves do take awhile for you to load and the audio settings too! But I still don't get how it's different when Clarity is installed...
