Dragon Rising CTD

Ok, so after ~50 hours of play with almost zero crashes, I've come across one that for whatever reason I can't fix.

 

I get the Dragon Rising quest, and follow Irileth to the watch tower. I've probably done this two dozen times, and the results are usually the same. We get behind the rocks, Irileth starts talking, game crashes. There are a couple exceptions, two or three times it's waited to crash until after we move out from behind the rocks, and get close to the tower. Once it crashed immediately after absorbing the dragon's soul. And once or twice it let me absorb the soul and get all the way back to the gates of Whiterun before it crashed.

 

I've spent too much of my free time over the last week and a half looking for solutions. Found a few others with this problem, but no solutions. I've tried new characters, verifying Steam cache integrity, and most recently TES5Edit cleaning any plugin with dirty edits (as well as plugins BOSS didn't recognize, just to be safe). So now it's come to begging.

I'm also using the UNP female body (and an armor replacer for it as well), Better Males, Belt-Fastened Quivers, and HD Enhanced Terrain. Also, I'm running SKSE.

 

Because I really don't want to go through and manually figure out which specific mod is causing the problem (though at this point, it'd probably take me less time to actually do that), I'm hoping that somebody who reads this will be able to save me the trouble. For the record, I've worked out that it's not Alternate Start, but that's the only one I've had the patience to test so far.

I have the same problem than you except the crash after absorbing the dragon soul, i get a crash before the greybears shout dovahkin.

I have play it many times also, never found a way around that.

I have the same problem as well...I fight and kill the dragon, absorb the soul and then when the greybeards shout dovahkin, I CTD. Tried making a new character, no dice. Guess I'm stuck not touching the main story then.
