Tips when Using TESV to decrapulate my mod?

I am in the process of decrapulating the mods i made. Basically i want to remove anything that is not being used for my mod. What is the best way to find things that my mod adds while using TESV edit. I notice that when i open tesv edit that I will have a list of things such as worldspace. WHen i click on different lists it will have red, yellow green and white. I understand red means something conflicts. Yellow means something might be overwritten. green means everything is ok and I notice white appears to only show up on edits i made in my mod. Things that i am interested in fixing are clouds, landforms, trees, and critters that i might have moved or made duplicates of. I noticed creation kit likes to make duplicates of Miraak for some reason and i do not know how that will impact my game. I figure if i have stuff that is not being used in the game that I should delete it so it does not slow down the game.
