Callem Posted December 11, 2021 Share Posted December 11, 2021 Fresh installed skyrim LE on MO2 and usually run in to a few bugs/crashes while doing so but this time went rather smooth, until I got to actually playing the game rather than testing. Turns out a lot of the mods I use are not functioning properly. First NPC I talked to after starting the game was Amren (I used alternative start) and he had no dialogue option to talk About getting his sword for him. Same goes for NPCs added by mods, I can make them followers but they have no quest options showing up when I talk to them. The other thing is scripts/approaches, not really sure what you call it, but usual events that would happen with my installed mods where the player is approached with dialogue/events does not occur. I stood around and waited for a while with no instances of this occurring. Although if I do things like steal guards will still approach me. To be clear I use a lot of 18+ mods from LL and they have a lot of scripts/requirements. The only problem I ran into while fresh installing skyrim this time around was a papyrus script error where I had papyrus being overwritten by mods using an older version, which I fixed by moving ahead of it in priority. Any idea what might be going on here? I asked multiple times and places on LL but it seems to be pretty dead for modding over there now sadly.
