Strange Eyelid/eyelash clipping issue

So I've discovered a bit of a strange issue in regards to some followers I've obtained from a friend, and their eyelids are strangely too long and when they blink or have a closed eye expression they clip through the bottom eyelid does anyone have any ideas how to how I could fix this? its on only a specific number of custom followers that I have in my game,

I have included a screenshot of part of the issue as trying to catch them when they are blinking is incredibly difficult, I can provide more pics of the problem if required
