Freeze and crashes in new play through (No orphen scripts.)

Started a new game today, But I am getting freezes and crashes.
So here is my load order, does anything strike you as conflicting?

 

Note: To be clear it's not freezing and crashing in the starting mission, it's just in general gameplay it will freeze and crash seemingly random.

It seems my posts only get a reply after they have at least one reply... Don'y ask me why but unless I post a second time in my own thread I recive 0 views and 0 replies...
I mean I waited a week once and then posted a bumb and got a reply, like my topics are invisible or something untill they have a reply...

Well I dont see an alternate start mod in there so try http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9557/?

I dont see anything wrong with your load order, but then again, I ddint look. Anyways try that mod, its great if you like to have many characters but you dont like the lengthy opening scene. Either way your opening scene might be bugged by a mod or other reasons. Anyways if you dont get crashing or freezes than you should be fine.

P.S I didnt reply because I saw there was one reply in fact I rarely even look at that.

It does not freeze at the start of the game, more like it could freeze at any point in gameplay.
I recently compressed all my textures (with seemingly no loss in quality) and I have not had a freeze YET since so I MIGHT have fixed it.
