Computer Specs FRO ENBs

Recommended Posts

*FOR sorry for title error "do not rush when typing on a forum!"

I've been currently experimenting with ENBs on the Nexus. Most of the time using a Performance version of that ENB but still sometimes receive frame rate issues which come to a surprise as i though I had a capable computer to at least cope with some Low Performance ENBs. If I list my specs Below could I have a review of my System and if any one could help me compare it to one of an ENBs standard. I am using ENBoost as well as experimented with a variety of lower performance Enbs. Basicly I need to know if my system is cut out to be compatible with Enbs and have the Mods listed below. Also if there is any suggestions on an area to improve my PC then feedback would be very nice!! Thank you very much for your time!

Mod List:

Mods Not Visible From list: EFP Guards and Clarlux better and brighter lights.

Upgrade to 8GB of RAM. It's only like $40, and it'll help with a lot of games.

Your video card is actually quite weak. I'm surprised it handles performance ENBs. Are you planning to upgrade it, or do you just intend to stick with lower performance?

I've been thinking of Upgrading my graphics card to a Asus HD 7770 2GB AMD Radeon but don't really know much about graphics cards. Although I have had experience RAM slots when i use to modify an old Vista computer. So will rumage around my old Vista for some additional ram. Other wise as you said ram slots are cheap any way so can purchase some extra slots. Finally do you have a suggested graphics card? And Thank you for your help.

Note: I live in Britain so sorry if my posts are posted a while after yours!

An HD 7770 would be pretty good (should be like $120), but an HD 7870 or GTX 660 (about $200) would be significantly better and more capable of running ENB.

I use a GTX 660 GC, myself. I haven't tested any ENBs because I don't like how inefficient they are, but it handles Skyrim on ultra at 1440p downsampled to 1080p.
