Do you know guides to make HDT hair? / can i ask modders to do it ?

Hello, I am using bijin warmaidens/wives/npc (Skyrim LE) and I would like to give them HDT hair (= hair with physics)

I tracked down that all hair used basically come from these 2 mods: KS Hairdos - Renewal and ApachiiSkyHair.

I looked around and very few people made HDT hair out of these, and even so they didn't make exacty the hairs used in bijins; i'd like to have these HDT hair and i thought multiple solutions:

 

- Maybe do you know any mod outside nexus that created KS/Apachii HDT hair more extensively?

 

- Could i maybe create them myself, or it is extremely hard (im a bit scared of that) ? Link me some tutorials if you know any

 

- Should i maybe ask a modder here to do it for me? Like, do modders for hire exist or something like that ? I doubt i am going for this option, i am mostly curious of the answer on this one lol

 

Specifically I am looking for HDT hair "heaventide" , "withinadream" , "sky008" , "sayforever" from KS hairdos ; used in Bijin for Aela , Serana, Vex, Sapphire ;

and "hair03" , "hair53" from Apachii respectively used for Jordis, Mjoll .
