Character Randomly Huge

So I logged into my game recently and found that my character has been eating her wheaties!

All of a sudden she's a good foot or two taller than she used to be!

 

I say this is a bug because she doesn't line up with things interactable anymore. IE - Enchanting table her hands float a solid foot or so above it, she doesn't properly grab the rope on the forge for the bellows, etc.

Here's another shot showing how bloody tall I am. I really wasn't this tall before.

I did try using racemenu to fix it but there's no height option!

As @Werommel said. Or can be adjusted in lazytools

 

for Racemenu, the height option, btw, is usually set in the Body Scales column if I remember correctly.

Ok, so say I use that setscale command. If it was really just me being too tall, wouldn't my characters hands still rest at the correct height on the enchanting table? I feel like something is out of sync between how big the game thinks I am and how big I really am.
