What do you think about my birthsign changes?

I changed some of the birthsigns that were too weak in my opinion:

 

 

The Tower:

 

You can now open hard locks instead of normal locks with it.

 

The Serpent:

 

I changed the effect. Now it does not damage health 3 Points for 20 seconds (60 totatl). Instead the effect is damage health 1 Point for 200 seconds (200 total).

 

I also removed the dispel effect, but you can still cure poison with it.

 

The Lord:

 

I removed the restore health spell (useless in later Levels). Now the Lord gives you a constant restore health effect restore health 1 Point per second.

 

 

Tell me what do you think about the changes? Are the birthsign changes balanced? Is 1 of the birtsigns too weak or too strong now?
