error msg when loading TES:CS to make a mod

I've tried searching the forums using "warnings" "following string", but nothing came up that pertained to my questions.

1. I am starting the TES:CS loading Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon to start working on my mod. I am not installing mods, I'm using the 3 .esm files to create my own. I want the companion share so want to use trib and bloodmoon.

When the editor is loading the files, I get the following...(also in warnings.txt)

Following string is different for topic "someone in particular" info (long number) - "What do you mean you're looking for me? I don't know you, do I? You say you have a note from Ermil?" Continue...

(More of the same type messages)

Following string is different for topic "Attack" info 487276111250324150-"Arrgh!"

Previous string is different for topic "Attack" info 321254531168523746-"(null)"

(More of the same type messages)

1 duplicate references were removed.

So why these error messages on the original game .esm files? All that's checked are the 3 main game files when I load TES:cs.

I don't want to have anyone that dl's my mods to have all these error messages. I'm trying to make the mod as clean and compatible with other mods as I can (I'm using areas that not many people build in.) and plan on adding things of my own (characters/dialogue and items) and not changing any originals except for minor landscaping changes.

i had this problem one time when i tried to delete bad entries. i made a sword andn placed it but i messed something up and decided to start from scratch. after deleting it and creating a new one, i got the "1 duplicate references were removed." error every time i loaded it in the editor.
