LE Eso telvanni motif heavy armor

Hello! I was hoping if anyone who's familiar with making armor mods would be willing to recreate the heavy telvanni armor from eso or possibly port it over to skyrim and maybe give it some ebony textures. I think it would be awesome to have a ebony dunmer themed armor added into skyrim.
