pathfinderwrathooftherighteous Correcting a Messed Up Secret Ending

I befriended Nurah in Act II so that in Act V when Mustafen is giving you the choice between saving the researchers or stopping him from escaping with their notes, you can do both. Things seemed to go as expected, with Nurah killing M while my Main saved the researchers. I didn't notice it until the end, but the game acted as if I had let him go and I never received the Records of Pulura's Stargazers. When my run at the secret ending failed (because while I was present during the correct week, my main didn't KNOW it was the correct week), I went back to Pulura's Falls and verified that I hadn't simply missed it on the shelves. Looking through Toybox, I cannot find anything that looks like those records for me to add to my inventory. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this without basically restarting the game?
