LE Master Illusion Spells - Remove level cap or make it higher!

Hello everyone! The master level Illusion WOULD be very useful. They are called Hysteria, Mayhem and Harmony by the way. The problem with these spells is that they do not work on anything higher than level 25. This is very annoying to me - they are master Illusion spells that do not even work on almost everything when you get to a higher rank and the spells are probably redundant at the level you are probably at by the time you get them! Also the perk that makes it so when you dual cast the effects are doubled does not work with these spells as you must have the spells in both hands to cast them and it does not count as a dual cast.This is very annoying so I am requesting a simple mod that makes the level cap significantly higher or completely removed. I have no idea on how to use the Creation Kit so I cannot make this myself even though it is probably quite simple. I will be extremely appreciative of anyone that will make this mod for me if they do!

Just to let you know, the Deadly Dragons Armory mod has an item you can disenchant that actually increases the potency of illusion spells. With master level enchanting and illusion, throw this enchant on a couple pieces of gear and never worry about level caps again.
