Armor and Weapons mod, Please :(

I am looking for someone to make a mod for me that will add the weapons and Armor of the character that I imagine I want to be in New Vegas, who goes by the name of Diablo 21, or Blackjack as he is nicknamed. The armor mod is just a ton of the things that are in the game but a lot of it you can't wear together.

 

Armor: This armor will seem weird to some people, but it makes perfect sense to me.

First off the main part of the armor would be this. http://i.imgur.com/Pi2wvaG.jpg The Chinese Stealth Armor Which would give him a sneak bonus of five like the actual armor itself but the headpiece would not be attached, instead it would have this. http://i.imgur.com/GvxGYvO.png Which is the Hazmat Darklightcowl Only with red lenses and still giving him the radiation resistance of 85% and also no night vision if possible. Over the body suit would behttp://i.imgur.com/YsZDahI.png The Courier Duster the duster alone which would be red with a black 21 on the back. With the Fighting Chance perks of +1 Strength and 15 Action Points. Lastly would be the Desperado Cowboy hat on his head. http://i.imgur.com/7AOuBlw.png . With no changes.

 

The Attributes of this armor would be. DT 21 HP 1000 Weight 21 Value 0 Effects: Radiation Resistance 85%, Sneak +5, +1 Strength, +15 Action Points. Repair would be light armor in general.

 

 

Weapons: Okay, this will be odd, ad I am unsure if any of it will work, but he carries one type of every main weapons, as in hand gun, automatic, Long range, and melee. Nothing else.

 

The first one would be a Different Version of the Ranger Sequoia http://imgur.com/cCIAuKb which would be black with a white pearl like handle, But called 'The Stopper'. This would use .44 Bullets instead of the normal Govt ones.

 

Next would be the Handgun which would be http://i.imgur.com/60waoUv.jpg The 10mm handgun but with 10 more Damage, and blackened. If it can have a scope, that would be awesome. This would be called Amshell 21. Also it would come with all the attachments besides the extra bullets in the magazine.

 

Next would be the Machine Gun, based on the Sleepytime. http://i.imgur.com/g6WATcI.png But it would use 9mm bullets, and have 3 more damage for a total of 25, the rest of the states would be the same as I am not trying to break the game with any of these. This gun would be called the 'Fallout'. <.<

 

Second to last, but the last gun would be the Long range weapon. Basically it would be a black Anti Material Rifle. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Anti-materiel_rifle But it would only do 30 damage , already be silenced, the scope would be night vision, and it would be 13 pounds. It would also use the 5.56 mm bullets and called 'F1'

 

Lastly would be a katana. <.< The only difference for this is that it would have none of the add ons but would have the red handle.

 

I do hope someone will make this mod. I would really like to play the guy in my head in the actual game. So very badly. I would hope that all his gear is put in a footlocker in the Doctors home. If you need to know anything please just ask on here. Though I have bad luck with requests. :(

For the armor, do you have the Lonesome Road and Dead Money DLCs?

 

For the weapons, the second to last one is the most strangest request to me. A 5.56mm bolt-action that's also the size and weight of the AMR? You might as well just use the Ratslayer in the game already: It has night vision, it is silenced, and is chambered for the 5.56mm round. Its damage is 23, so not far off from what you're looking for. 5.56mm bolt actions tend to be a lot smaller than bolt-actions chambered for the .308 or .50 rounds.

 

For the SleepyTyme and Katana, do you have the GRA DLC?

I have all the DLC as for the Rat slayer I know that as I use it right now, but like I said, the request would be weird to anyone but me, I want the size of the gun itself, not what it can do. :3 It's more along the line of me not liking a gun called the Ratslayer and the fact that it looks like a gun a neighbor of mine owns that he uses to kill rats it his field. In all honestly I would rather have the sniper gun do 75 damage, but everytime I try to push a powerful weapon people always say stuff like. 'If you're so weak in the game then don't play', or stuff about how it's to powerful. :( I just hope someone will make it for me, I wish it could be accurate as the Ratslayer though. <.<

Well I'll take a crack at this anyway.

Wiggin, thanks. I hope it goes well. :3 I have never had a request get taken before so I am excited. So if you have any question please ask, I will be checking every day just in case.

 

Jest to explain to onlookers though, the point of this mod while my adaption of what I would like the Main Character of F:NV to be. Also it slightly sets the groundwork for the character as a hole as opposed to Ulysses. Both having a unique style but both bearing the 21 on their back. What can I say, I just can't see the guy who was hired to carry the Platinum Chip by Mr. House to be unprepared, you know?

As for the last gun, would the model of the hunting rifle be fine? It just strikes me as too weird for the AMR to be shooting 5.56mm.

Yea, but it doesn't come with a duster jacket over it. A red Duster jacket either.

 

As for the gun, so long as you can put a silencer on it then The Hunting rifle is fine as would be the Bozar http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Bozar_(GRA) which is already a 5.56 weapon. :3

I was going to make the duster a separate item of clothing. Therefore you can wear over it any armor just in case you decide to change your look in the future. In fact, that's what I'm doing with the Hazmat helmet and desperado hat. So go ahead and get that Chinese stealth suit mod. I've finished the hazmat and the duster already.

 

Also, will the game's regular gun textures be fine or did you want to use Millenia's WRP textures?

Regular is preferable as I don't want to mod this game like I did ES Oblivion to where I can't remove any mods cause I don't know which parts I use. So regular is great.

 

As for the Chinese armor, I would still like you to make a version that has 1000 HP, cause I hate how easy it breaks, if that is possible?
