Mods Disabling Themselves

I recently tried to install 'Rita's Cafe'. When I turned on my game though all of my mods had disabled themselves, I was left with my vanilla game.

 

After deleting the ESM and ESP for Rita's Cafe I was able to play with all my previous mods no problem. I've since tried 'Russell', 'Grow Op' and had similar results with all other mods disabling themselves (I have all 'required' files as well). I was also given a bright pink screen when installing one of these at the start menu (I can't recall which one).

 

Has anyone else had this problem? It's pretty frustrating.

 

I use the Fallout Mod Manager, but did try installing with the Nexus Mod Manager only to receive the same results.

 

If anyone could help me it'd be much appreciated, also any information needed I can provide.

EDIT:

Problem Solved-Although I only had a fraction of the mods enabled, NV doesn't like it when you have over 470 mods in your load order. Deleted a number of ESM's and ESP's and problem has resolved itself.
