Ok, so 15 hours in and its a fairly solid mod so far, but there are GLARING issues. Number one, It's TOO f***ing DARK. I get the theme your going for, dark, the "eclipse" all that, but it needs to be brighter. MUCH brighter. I don't mind having dark areas where a torch is necessary, in fact I'm all for it. But when the torch lights up the ground at your feet and thats it, it's a problem. Second issue, spongey enemies. I have the uchi at +4 with 26 dex and a sharp infusion, and it took 9 hits to kill an evangelist. Yet it only takes 1 hit to kill all the villagers and dogs around them. It needs some serious balancing. Finally issue 3, the status ailments. Frenzy build up is absolutely ludicrous, you wont survive if you dont have rings and gear SPECIFICALLY for defending against it, but the same is for poison, or toxic, or bleed. But when you use it against enemies, most notably bosses, it takes all bloody year to proc.

So now that I've ranted, the positives. The bosses are a great breath of fresh air. They are changed up enough that you are surprised, but not so much that they are completely unrecognizable. The easier bosses, such as CRG, and even Vordt are significantly harder and much tankier, without feeling too difficult and unfair. The weapons, especially the bloodborne weapons, have fun and unique movesets (if they are original), but they still require some work. Hitbox and stamina usage jank. The addition of actual buffs and benefits depending on your covenant is also a really nice addition. All in all, I want to like this mod, and it has some serious potential, but it has some big rough edges to smooth out. Coming away from convergence, which is phenomenal, this has a lot of that kinda vibe, and I think it could be as good, given some time.

I guess, TL;DR

It's good, but needs some serious balancing and polish

Hey *username*, how does the mod creators dick taste? Give it a rest man, this mod is trash and your just a simp. I'm sure *username* can defend himself, he seems like a big boy.
