How to add a mod to another mod through FNVedit?

Well, this isn't really a request for a mod, but I do need help.

I downloaded this mod called "Raider Faction Armor (Disguise)" (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55377/?tab=posts)

and I also downloaded this "Raider Power Armor" (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/67936?tab=description)

I actually read that you could put the Raider Power Armor into the Disguise mod's with using either GECK or FNVedit, but I never used FNVedit and honestly? I am highkey too afraid that i mess anything up.

 

My question is: Can someone instruct me or help me through this? That would be great, thank you.
