Input lag (or script lag) when entering combat.

So something strange has been happening to my skyrim. On some saves when I enter combat there is extreme lag/combat delay, to the point where it is impossible to play. Basically whats been happing is whenever I enter combat - 1. What feels like random staggers, and screen shakes. They dont feel like they are related to me getting hit, they happen a lot frequently and on random intervals, even after combat has ended and im just walking. 2. Can't dodge at all, I'm using Combat Gameplay Overhaul, and whenever Im trying to dodge its not registering. My character might dodge later but that isnt consistant. 3. Rarely my hits dont do any damage, whilst my enemies hits kill me. My hits register like 1 out of 5 times.

Now as I already mentioned I'm using CGO and I'm guessing thats my culprit but I can't seem to find anyone else having this issue.

Now for why its hard for me to understand whats wrong. At my first playtrough it only started around lvl 18-19, at my second playtrough I got to lvl 20 with no problems, Now my third playtrough it starts at lvl 6. At first I thought that it was because I hadn't used fast travel and walked around eveywhere, but I did so too at my second playtrough and that didn't have no issues, and well In my third playtough I've only just now cleard Bleak Falls Barrow so there was not a lot of exploration to do. I thought that it migth have been either Warzones-civil unrest, or genesis so I tried disabling them but that didnt work.

 

I use Vortex as mod manager, I tried sorting plugins trough loot, I fixed all the errors (3) in loot and yet nothings seems to work. (Loot is still showing 29 warnings and 22 dirty plugins).

What suprisises me the most is that the second playtrough had no problems. The only common thing I did between the 1st and 3rd playtroughs is start the main questline.

Starting a new game fixes the problem, but I'm not going to start a new game everytime this happens.
