Need Help With Determining Loop Point Numbers

Loop points this obviously is the loop for automatic weapons such as the Gatling Laser but how do you go about figuring out the numbers for the loop points? I cannot figure out how to get the numbers in Audacity or anything to determine these numbers. Thanks.
