LE Skyrim Next Era Mod?

I was just thinking and thought about all the mods that add a enitrely new story to skyrim. Also I thought about the mods that add modern like objects(cars, machines, and weapons). And I thought what if skyrim enter a new era after alduin was destroyed, and you hear of like a new island where new machinery has been created. So you travel their only to find a mix culture of Nordic and modern civilization. If you seen Avatar:The Last Airbender and The Legend OF Korra, think of that kind of transition. The Guards carry like guns or like steampunk like weapons. Instead of Carriages, you use trains. I understand that skyrim has limits but I think modders can pull a steampunk story and island off. Just a thought....
