billbraske
Great site. Love all that it does. I'm running into an error I believe related to the duplicate items in companion inventories bug. With the FOOK power armor having negative agility, after a period of time, my companions can no longer move. My thinking was the companions had 6 ag, the armor took off 3, assuming it was being doubled after a period of time to negative six. I got this impression by going to their 'i need to talk to you' screen and 'check special' where agility is 0. I learned geck a bit to try to fix these types of bugs, found the item effect for one of the power armors in FOOK. Changed it to -2. That was fine until whatever happenes happened, then my follower is back to 0 ag and stops moving. So it is not merely doubling at the very least. I'm thinking there has to be others capable of running into this. There is also a thing, when that happens, where the followers end up with 99 strength. Just like the bug reports similar to this I am able to remove their armor and put it back on to fix it, but this happens pretty often, every 5-10 minutes or so. When it does followers just stop dead. Not ideal. So any ideas or ideas where to start looking? Thanks Enclosed FOMM mod load order.
billbraske
I'm pretty sure I figured it out. It was a conflict with Better Companions Ess.esp and one of either XFO, FOOK or MMM (i've been up too long to try to separate them in GECK). One of the overhaul mods was already taking care of setting companions as essential, which is all i was using Better Companions for. But using both was doing the funky inventory duplication glitch, which seemed similar to a glitch I had read about for vanilla fallout. That is why I thought it wasn't a mod thing but a vanilla issue. Learned GECK in the process. Just removed Better Companions Ess.esp and all is good is the wasteland. Posted for anyone who ends up with similar problem so they can search for it.
