Blood decals upon limbs falling on ground or falling from height to death

I always found when a NPC dies and falls from some decent height and not making a blood trail or when they get dismembered and the fallen limb falls 5 meters away but there is no blood under it, staying completely clean annoying. Is it possible to do something like this?

I've done some basic level modding before but never used FO4Edit. I downloaded it but its beyond my experience.

if x limb contacts a surface, draw blood there
