Lime Green Water Graphical Error

My sister encountered a strange graphical error, any/all water will appear lime green when viewed from one angle, but from another it will appear as normal. The only mod she uses is the "non essential killable children" mod, she also has the Dragonborn expansion. Here's a screenshot:

I cannot find anyone else reporting this error and I am at my wits end

Nope. She was never able to fix it. Lime green water conquers the world, in the end.
