An request for the NON-Vampire form of Drain Life to level up progressively with each kill.

An way to buff it without it being an fixed amount. Vanilla drain life, UNMODDED, does 2 points of damage and returns 2 points of life; it is literally just the mage equivalent of the wooden sword with more range: Thus this mod request.
