Mod is not working right

[Fuzion64]

I have fallout 3 1.4.0.6_US.Exe installed, bab female body replacer 1185 off fileplanet, Josef Grey's female texture replacer for faces, 129 nights "Veil Nebula", and fellout weather mod installed.

 

Problem:

All faces using josef greys facial textures appear properly on all of the normal female NPC's, but they are always purple on all female raiders which makes the game look messed up, please help me fix this issue when I am using josef grey's textures. Is there a better texture replacer than the one I am using?

 

In oblivion, which was along time ago I always used beautiful people mod and some other facial texture replacer right beside it. I forget its name though, its been a long time since I had oblivion installed.
