Terrible Distant Water

Hey everyone

 

I reinstalled Skyrim and so far mostly added graphics mods, but I'm encountering an issue I can't find a fix for.

 

My distant water looks very bad and is really bright, but up close it looks great.

I'm wondering if it's due to the fact that i can't get any reflection to display on it and thus showing only the sky reflection, which would make it look this bright and out of place.

 

Does anyone have a way to make it look better ?
