First Time Modding, need help

Im new to Stardew Valley(been playing on Xbox for a week or two) and PC/modding (wanted to try it based on a YT video I saw) and today was the first time Ive tried modding or really playing anything on PC so this is all very new to me. So I started with Stardew Valley Expanded, Grandpas farm, and UI Info Suite. I followed a tutorial for installing mods when playing on gamepass and everything seemed pretty straightforward until I tried to run the game. The game will boot and I can play but it looks like my mods didnt load. I looked in the SMAPI command prompt to see if there were errors and I ran into the following;

[sMAPI] - Grandpa's Farm 1.13.11 because it needs the 'Stardew Valley Expanded' mod, which couldn't be loaded.

[sMAPI] - UI Info Suite 2.0.0 because it's no longer compatible. Please check for a newer version at https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1150 or https://smapi.io/mods

Did I do something wrong? Or has the game recently been updated and this caused the mods to no longer to work? Do I need to update them, if so how do I go about that? Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this and any help would be greatly appreciated!
