It might still happen in the future ofc, the way things are going, but lets hope not. Whether they'd even be found guilty if they did get taken to court is another question that could be debated forever - the infamous King Kong defense applies here - but you cant really blame them for trying to avoid having to put it to the test. As for the speed... its one of the largest, most popular websites on the internet - trying to keep up with the bandwidth needs must be one hell of a task. Oh yeah and a huge swarm of ads clustered neatly on the bottom of the page =/ Youtube has its faults, but i'd take it over an ad swarmed hell hole anyday.
