Sky replacer?

So, something I haven't seen any of anywhere, to a point where I wonder if its because its not possible, only possible through the weather system, or just not that desired of a feature, is mod which replace the day-time sky. Particularly, I've personally been on a quest to find a way to change the color from blue to something more unnatural, such as indigo/purple/violet, orange, or teal. The only means of changing the clear-weather day-time sky I've seen are from either ENBs (Painted Wasteland being a good example of what I'm looking for, and is currently what I intend to use to achieve this). Otherwise the only other method for achieving a more dramatic sky I've found is via weather overhauls (True Storms and Nuclear Weather being good examples).

But, yeah, just a straight up replacement for the morning skybox texture is what I'm looking for, assuming its possible. If its already been done, do point it out, but so far the other means I've found to achieve this are the methods above, shaders (which change the entire perceived environment) and total weather overhauls (which do other things in addition, as well as frequently not actually touching the clear-weather skybox like I want).
