RaceMenu Sculpt = CTD

Hi everybody! Recently I downloaded a preset that had a nif file for loading the face sculpt in RaceMenu. I'm using ShowRacemenuAlternative(SRA) as well. After changing the sculpt and preset and then hitting R(done), upon exiting the room in which SRA teleports you to change appeareance and then seeing the black screen to teleport me back well, that never happens. Game freezes. So like this I stubble over a bug?

So like this I started my investigation, what could possibly causing this? I disabled almost all my mods except for few, like: SSE Engine Fixes, Address Library, RM, SRA, SkyUI, USSEP, RaceCompatibility, CleanMenu. Thats all the mods that they were active. Then I followed this steps: new game > change sex > loading sculpt (any sculpt) > loading preset > Press R > Pressing tab = Game Freezes.
Yup I discovered that even if I'm not using SRA, but after changing sculpt and preset and being done and then presing tab to enter inventory for example, it would cause my game to freeze.

After many tries to find what causes this, once I was doing the steps I mentioned before, I forget to load a sculpt and my game doesn't freezes when hiting tab or exiting SRA. And then I realized that using sculpt is resulting in a freeze. I searched online for a fix and I found that are people that have same problem like me, but no solution. Well I find some workarounds on the internet like, do your changes be done, save, close the game then reopen and you are good to go, or if you like to change the race without loosing perks, just change race, exit SRA and then do your change out of SRA by summoning racemenu from console.

But really there is no fix for this?
