Frequent Crashes When Entering Areas

So I have been at it for about 8 hours trying to fix this crap. Every so often my Fallout 3 crashes. Here are the fixes ive tried.

The multi core fix (bUseThreadedAI yadayadayada)

FOSE

3GB Enabler

The Unofficial F3 Patch

Disabling HDR in Favour of Bloom

 

I currently have these all active at trying to fix these crashes.

Core i5 3570k @3.4GHz

Radeon HD 7950

Running Fallout of off 1tb HDD

120gb SSD Boot

How often are we talking about with the crashes? If you're getting several hours of gameplay and the crash doesn't seem to be related to a particular area, you are probably dealing with generic Gamebro engine behavior.
